Job Overview
The Sr. Content Manager supports the Director of Marketing to execute on all organic and paid marketing for TC4 & Co. The role provides project management, creative and organizational support for all content, including digital, print, OOH, events and PR

Project Management Responsibilities and Duties
Uphold Tc4's mission, vision, and values
Project manage integrated marketing campaigns, activations, and toolkits to support all brands
Lead in content creation, helping to plan and execute on photoshoots, maintaining file organization, sizing and cropping images, attending events for content creation
Maintain editorial calendar, organizing and maintaining each marketing channel to include all past possibilities, and proposals for upcoming additions
Execute on daily editorial calendar milestones, posting to all social channels and scheduling all schedule all emails
Responsible for all media deadlines, using Asana internally and with agency to traffic files. Sending files to print or maintaining ongoing print site.
Maintain creative files, working with established brand guidelines and templates to adjust in layout and sizing, as needed
Execute on customer care responses
Execute off-site events, maintaining brand standards Qualifications
3-5 years marketing experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience presenting to leadership
Excellent relationship management
Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail
Professional, positive, upbeat attitude
Preferred experience with:

Compensation commensurate with experience.
