We're looking for a driven Operations Support Manager to oversee and streamline operational data, payroll, billing, and accounts receivable activities.
Compensation: $55k-$70k
Schedule: Remote, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
How You'll Do It
You will be responsible for ensuring that all information, documents, and data coming from operations is processed in a timely and accurate manner and compliant with internal systems, processes, and procedures
Ensures data and records entered into the payroll and billing system is entered properly, audited and processed prior to the weekly cut-off time
Oversees the receiving, recording, and filing of all agreements including Work Authorization Forms and other documents pertinent to the services provided by Global SQ.
Manages Accounts Receivable, driving all collection efforts
Provides process improvements and develops achievable goals where needed • Manage, train and develop new hires for the Customer Care Team
• Creates and maintains advanced Reporting outside Time and Billing / AR Reports
Manages the flow of information, data and documents coming from admin and field operations
Audits and ensures accuracy of all bill time entry.
Confirms that proper methods, procedures, and systems are used to perform work to the established criteria
Manages Accounts Receivable, resolving escalated discrepancies, supporting all customer billing related activities
Maintains all customer records in Enterprise System ensuring accurate billing set up information
Ensures customer satisfaction in regards to billing and customer service
Partners with Operations Manager/Regional Operations Manager/ Director of Operations
Additional responsibilities as assigned What You'll Bring
3-5 years of experience in AR/Billing and as a lead or manager
Strong leadership and training skills with experience developing high-performing teams
Impeccable attention to detail and strong auditing abilities
Proficiency in enterprise systems and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP platforms)
A customer-first mindset with the ability to resolve issues swiftly and tactfully
