ERP Workstream Analyst

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Partnering with forecast-to-plan and procure-to-pay teams to deliver a smooth SAP S/4 implementation.

Supporting program goals through hands-on involvement in testing, data conversion, system cutover, training, and hypercare.

Managing and coordinating end-to-end testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and DITL.

Opening, tracking, and resolving bugs and defects across all testing cycles.

Supporting data readiness efforts, including validating data, tracking migrations, and escalating issues.

Assisting with developing and executing end-user training content and sessions.

Monitoring readiness checklists and proactively flagging risks, gaps, and delays.

Tracking and managing risks, issues, and action items to ensure a successful go-live.

Supporting documentation of key decisions, lessons learned, and stabilization activities. Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting business system implementations, global programs, or major change initiatives.

Direct experience using SAP S/4 procurement modules.

Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.

Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis and reporting tools.

Ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team.

Willingness to work flexible hours to align with U.S. time zones.

Availability for occasional travel (<10%) for training, workshops, or project events.

Experience with Master Data Governance (MDG), including extraction, transformation, and loading.

Background in medical devices, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.

Familiarity with change management or learning and development is a plus.

Exposure to ERP or large-scale system implementations is a bonus.

Prior experience coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), system integration testing (SIT), or data migration activities is highly preferred.

Experience using Smartsheet or Azure DevOps (ADO) is a plus.
