Little Leaves is looking for a Market Development Manager, with knowledge of Autism or possessing Autism-related experiences, who will be responsible for establishing relationships and building partnerships within the Autism community in the Mid-Atlantic region to drive referrals to the Little Leaves behavioral health clinics. The Market Development Manager will create local awareness of Little Leaves services and work with stakeholders to become a trusted partner for ABA services in the Autism community. Key stakeholders include Pediatricians, Pediatric Neurologists, Developmental Pediatricians, Psychologists, parent networks, Autism organizations, associations, local school districts, daycare facilities and other local businesses.
Overview
You will work closely with internal teams - including Marketing, Territory Operations, Regional Directors, Center Directors, and our clinical specialists - to expand Little Leaves' presence and forge meaningful relationships with referral sources and community organizations. This is a highly collaborative and mission-driven role that requires both strategic thinking and a personal touch. Create meaningful engagement with local Autism community
Establish and grow relationships with regional stakeholders - Pediatricians, Pediatric Neurologists, Developmental Pediatricians, Psychologists, parent networks, Autism organizations, associations, local school districts, daycare facilities and other local businesses - in support of Little Leaves overall goals in the region
Help design and execute marketing initiatives - including events and partnerships - that grow the Little Leaves brand
Represent Little Leaves at community events, workshops, and conferences to increase brand awareness and foster goodwill. Identify sponsorships, partnerships, or event opportunities that align with our community-focused mission. Organize and participate in events (both in-person and virtual) that educate the community about our services and values, ensuring a positive and professional Little Leaves presence.
Utilize analytics and our CRM tools to track referral patterns and outreach activities. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. Maintain detailed profiles of referral sources and regularly report on key metrics (e.g. referral rates, community engagement activities) to measure success.
Leverage mission objectives and core capabilities of Little Leaves to build presence and support within this high potential community
Follow up with key stakeholders to discover relationship needs and satisfaction levels
Drive business relationships in cooperation with key internal staff
Keep abreast of industry and competitive landscape while promoting Little Leaves brand
Track and manage leads/prospects and activity in a CRM system
Partner internally to prepare marketing collateral and materials, including creating presentations and communications Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of Autism with Autism-related experience is essential
Minimum 5 years of experience in field marketing, market development, building partnerships and referral networks
Understanding of healthcare networks
Proficient in MS Office suite
Local travel required, including some evening and weekend event participation Specialized Skills:
