Our clients, an executive couple with grown children, are searching for an experienced Assistant Property Manager for their home in Winnetka, IL. This person will be assisting the long-term Property Manager in maintaining both the inside and outside of the property, as well as overseeing projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
Daily walk of the property to identify potentials issues or concerns, inside and out.
Perform preventative and general maintenance and cleaning duties as following, but not limited to:
Window washing, pressure washing, sill, siding and trim cleaning
Maintaining exterior gathering spaces
Washing and detailing of vehicles
Trash and recycling maintenance
Maintenance and upkeep of sporting equipment. Bikes, pool rafts, golf, beach, etc.
Stock and maintain fireplaces and fire pits
Snow removal and shoveling walkways as needed
Clean and mop garages
Regularly inspect all systems, including Audio/Visual systems, to ensure they are working properly.
Assist with driving and running errands as requested.
Ensure the residence is ready for family and guest arrivals, cleanup and secure after departures.
Assist and work on special projects as directed by Property Manager or Principals.
Light administrative duties.
Assist housekeeper with heavier cleaning and household projects...turning rugs, moving furniture, etc.
Travel to and from other properties as needed to perform above items, or to oversee special projects as directed by Property Manager. Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license.
5+ years of prior experience in a similar position with verifiable references.
Professional demeanor.
Long-term intent.
Flexible and able to accommodate changes in plans/routine with ease.
Willing to perform any other duties as requested.
Schedule:
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday role with flexibility to work additional hours and weekends as needed.
Compensation:
Compensation of up to $100,000/year dependent based on experience, full benefits package, and potential for a year-end bonus.
