**Job Description:**

**Title:** Hardware Recruiter 2

**Duration**: 6-12 month contract to possible hire

**Location**: 100% ONSITE in Bellevue, WA

**Schedule:** M-F, 8am-5pm

**Job Description:**

- Heads down sourcing, top of the funnel recruiting

- May require a bachelors degree in area of specialty and 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

- Works under immediate supervision.

- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

**Qualifications:**

- 5+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience

- Tech savvy in recruitment - Hardware, ASIC specifically

- Ability to create and perform Boolean searches and execute other creative sourcing strategies.

- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

- CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidate pipelines.

- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.

- Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.

- Experience working with passive candidates.
