Microsoft Support Analyst

Position Summary: This position will be responsible for the rollout, support and troubleshooting of all components found in Microsoft O365’s environment. This includes, but is not limited to, the technical setup, creation of documentation on how to use the applications, end-user training, and troubleshooting when issues arise. Additionally, the person would serve as the main contact for the organization when there are questions, trainings or inquires as it pertains to Microsoft O365. This is a full-time, on-premises role. Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience. 3+ Years With Microsoft O365. Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
