The Workday Analyst II shall be responsible to support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday modules to meet business needs. This individual will serve as an experienced system resource who will collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to resolve complex issues, develop reports, and improve system functionality. The Analyst will also support testing, documentation, and minor project leadership. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.

High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, finance, or related field preferred.

Minimum 2-6 years' experience supporting, maintaining, and configuring Workday or other ERP or HRIS platforms is required.

Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience, education, certification, and demonstrated proficiency in a similar or related role will also be considered.

Workday certification(s) in one or more modules preferred (HCM, Reporting, Integrations, etc.).

Solid understanding of Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, or Compensation.

Experience with Workday reporting tools and calculated fields.

Familiarity with EIBs and Core Connectors.

Ability to manage small enhancement projects and meet deadlines.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple project activities simultaneously.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technologies and business needs.
