Job Summary
The Cisco Business Sales Executive (BSE) will be an expert on Cisco Product Solutions and marketing for the company Corp sales force, ensuring that customers receive the best solution to meet their needs. The BSE will work extensively with sales to educate and assist in closing business activity.
This position is remote with a Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities
Include, but not limited to:
Lead customer meetings to drive home why a customer should choose SHI as their Cisco, IT Solution Provider
Develop and execute in-market demand generation events for customers and/or partners
Be the Cisco expert for the segment by constantly challenging yourself to learn what changes are happening within Cisco, where SHI needs to focus, and how to simplify your messaging
Train the sales team on Cisco sale plays, important portfolio updates, and how they can make more money
Develop strong relationships with Cisco and SHI sales leaders and account executives
Support Cisco deals to close by leveraging the greater SHI and Cisco team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
3+ years of customer-facing experience
2+ years of experience selling the Cisco product line
2+ years of experience working with partners/ the IT Channel
Required Skills
Ability to create and manage external partners and executive-level relationships
Ability to build and execute cross-functional plans to achieve defined objectives
Ability to analyze and interpret business results and develop an action plan
Creative and strategic thinking with excellent decision-making skills
Ability to manage a regional business with minimal input from Management
Ability to educate and train the sales force on the tools, products, and programs available from Cisco
Ability to keep current on all Cisco programs, rebates, and processes changes
Ability to organize simultaneous projects
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Cisco’s Global Enterprise or Commercial Segment(s)
Experience with Cisco’s portals, tools, programs, and processes
Experience with transacting Cisco through distribution
Certifications Required
Cisco Black Belt or Other Cisco certs preferred
Unique Requirements
25% travel to partner conferences/events and customer sites as needed
Additional Information
This position’s estimated annual pay range is $70,000 - $150,000, including a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include but are not limited to medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
