Quality Assurance Project Specialist

Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Quality Assurance Project Specialist for a contract job with a client in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in supplier management, data accuracy, and quality systems.

Rate Range: $21.00/hour to $23.00/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Quality Assurance Project Specialist job responsibilities include:

Create and maintain data and systems to support the supplier management program

Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of documentation and records

Collaborate with suppliers to collect quality-related documentation and resolve inquiries

Escalate unusual product performance issues and collaborate cross-functionally for resolution

Participate in Strategic improvement teams and risk assessments

Interface with RD, QA, Legal, and Purchasing to address supplier issues

Maintain global supplier listings and document discrepancies with recommendations

Review ingredient and allergen label information for accuracy

Desired Qualifications:

B.S. degree in science, business, or a technical-related field

5–7 years of customer support, business, or project planning experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure

High degree of accuracy, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, Access, and Lotus

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
