General Laborer - $16-$18 DOE

This is a contract position with an opportunity to be hired full-time.

Integrity Trade Services has partnered up with a transportation and warehousing company and is currently hiring General Labors in Texas City, TX.

Location: Texas City, TX

Pay Rate: $16-$18/HR DOE

General Laborer Schedule/Shift Details: Mon-Fri (6 am to 4:30pm)

General Laborer Responsibilities & Functions:

Sorting and unloading materials (bags and boxes) and other miscellaneous duties housekeeping activities, labeling

Achieving expected production requirements

Support corporate initiatives

General Cleaning, including Breakrooms and Restrooms

Perform tasks in the most cost effective manner possible

Hand stacking materials appropriately and following instructions

Loading and unloading materials by hand

Assisting forklift operators by moving materials on pallets or in crates around the storage facility

Willing to do some light landscaping (mowing, weeding, etc)

Must maintain a clean & safe working environment

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Loading and unloading product weighing up to 50 pounds

Performing duties which require sitting and standing for long hours

Ability to identify, locate and disburse product which requires reading, counting, performing simple math calculations and printing product name and code on applicable documents

High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others; promote a safe work environment

Ability to work overtime and work flexible schedules/shifts

Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate

General Laborer Requirements:

Able to pass a background check and drug screen

Reliable transportation
