This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various manufacturers in the construction industry.Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing plans, specifications, and other documentation.

Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.

Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather relevant data for estimating purposes.

Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid for efficient estimation processes.

Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids.

Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase to maintain budgetary control.

Provide support in project management tasks, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.Skills

Proficient in construction estimating techniques and methodologies.

Strong understanding of construction site operations and management practices.

Ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers through effective communication.

Experience in cost control measures to ensure project profitability.

Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing agreements.

Familiarity with project management principles and practices.

Proficient in using Bluebeam, HeavyBid, EDGE Estimating, or similar estimation software tools.
