Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to collect overdue payments and address customer inquiries.
• Evaluate and resolve billing discrepancies to ensure accounts are accurately maintained.
• Collaborate with customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow-ups in compliance with company policies.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze account data and generate reports.
• Work closely with internal teams to streamline collection processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns professionally and promptly.
• Monitor account statuses and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and legal regulations during collection activities.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections and customer service within a high-volume call center.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing data and generating reports.
• Strong knowledge of billing functions and collection processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle sensitive financial discussions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
