Hiring Production Operators in New Castle, DE!

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist Sr. Operators in the production process, including general labor and manufacturing tasks, ensuring that all materials meet specified standards. Additionally, the role involves using a sit-down forklift to stage materials approximately 10% of the time.

$19/hour

Shift

Dupont Shift (12 hour shifts rotating between days/nights weekly)

Weekends includedResponsibilities

Assist Sr. Operators in the production of materials according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

Monitor production processes to ensure materials meet specifications.

Perform quality checks and document results.

Use a sit-down forklift to stage materials as needed (approximately 10% of the time).

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.Essential Skills

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Ability to follow SOPs and adhere to safety guidelines.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Physical ability to perform manual labor and operate machinery.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Willingness to assist with various tasks as needed.Work Environment

The role is based in a manufacturing facility where you will engage in hands-on tasks. You'll be working with industrial equipment such as forklifts, and collaborating closely with your team to ensure smooth production and shipping processes.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
