10+ years strong financial accounting and reporting experience required. This Assistant Controller role will have you acting as a hands-on leader and need you to be very active and involved. Manufacturing experience is preferred. This is a fast-paced organization, so you must be ok with working some regular overtime for the first few months as you get settled in, and as they go through a software implementation.
