Program Manager

Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a Contract job with a client in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading complex hardware builds, driving system board design release schedules, and resolving technical build issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Rate Range: $65/hour to $70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Program Manager job responsibilities include:

Overseeing and coordinating the execution of complex projects across teams

Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery

Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving blockers, and ensuring smooth project flow

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and drive project goals

Reporting project progress and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership teams

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

5+ years of experience in hardware engineering or program management

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proven ability to manage complex projects and tight deadlines

Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors

Ability to adapt to rapid development cycles and handle ambiguity

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $65.00 to $70.00 per hour
