Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead and oversee financial operations at the corporate level in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role focuses on managing non-gaming finance and accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence while fostering a culture of growth and development within the team.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, train, and mentor leadership staff, ensuring performance standards are met and team members are supported in their growth and development.
• Oversee the implementation of operational plans for non-gaming finance and accounting functions.
• Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy in all non-gaming revenue reporting.
• Conduct thorough reviews of balance sheet reconciliations and financial statements to maintain compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with auditors from state, local, and public accounting firms to ensure successful audits.
• Develop and maintain employee development programs to enhance individual and team capabilities.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal teams and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Manage and monitor daily financial operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by divisional leadership.

• Proven ability to interpret and analyze complex documents such as financial reports, legal documents, and industry regulations.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
• Effective communication skills, capable of presenting information to both small and large groups.
• Proficiency in using financial software systems such as Infinium and Cognos is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field, or 15 years of equivalent accounting experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required work cards as mandated by the company.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
