RN Supervisor

Job Description

Adecco Healthcare & Life Science is working with one of our Long-Term Care clients in Bennington, VT to hire a RN Supervisor for their facility. Extensive clinical experience a must, prior nursing management experience preferred. Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience. We are looking for dependable, caring individuals who want to help make a difference in their community!

Type: Direct Hire

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour based on experience

Shift/Hours: Part time, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 3 – 4 days per week

Duties of RN Supervisor :

Oversee units

Assist with treatment and medication administration when necessary

Assist with Admissions

Attend and participate in meetings

Conduct daily audits of all new admission charts

Serve as liaison between family, patient, doctor and other departments

Investigate all incident reports and follow-up

Participate in managing staff and assignments to ensure quality of care

Participate and report on patient conditions

Requirements for RN Supervisor:

Patient monitoring: 1 year (Preferred)

Degree in nursing

Active RN license in Vermont
