Job Title: Machine Operator $20/hr
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for the 2nd shift from 5:15pm to 3:45am, Monday through Thursday. The role involves setting up and operating shop machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
Responsibilities
Set-up and operate any shop machine according to established procedures and guidelines.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, job orders, routers, and diagrams to select dies, position, and secure machinery.
Adhere to operating procedures and instructions.
Adjust machine settings to complete tasks per specification to run job orders accurately and maximize productivity.
Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisors.
Communicate process and quality improvements via internal system.
Maintain a clean and safe workstation; follow shop 5S system.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
