Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join Robert Half and play a critical role in managing, maintaining, and optimizing our IT systems and networks. As a Systems Administrator, you will ensure the seamless operation of our technical infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the implementation of innovative IT solutions. This role combines technical expertise with excellent customer service to support both internal teams and organizational goals.

Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role (3+ years preferred).

Proficient in managing Windows Server, Linux environments, or macOS infrastructure.

Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy configuration.

Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).

Understanding of cybersecurity principles and tools, such as endpoint protection, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Server+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
