• Organize and assemble policy documents for mailing and distribution.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for various data entry and documentation tasks.
• Handle administrative duties such as copying, filing, and managing email correspondence.
• Maintain a consistent workflow to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or issues in data entry processes.• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Experience with data entry tasks, with a typing speed of 6,000-8,000 keystrokes per hour.
• Familiarity with basic office equipment and administrative tasks.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
