Power BI Developer

Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Power BI Developer for a Contract job with a client in Houston, TX(Hybrid). You will design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports and ensure data accuracy and performance optimization.

Rate Range: $70/hour to $70/hour

Power BI Developer job responsibilities include:

Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to transform complex datasets into actionable insights.

Ensure data accuracy and performance optimization through robust data models and query tuning.

Implement data governance and security standards, including row-level security and data access management.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Manage Power BI Service workspaces, datasets, and reports to ensure smooth data flow and consistent access.

Troubleshoot complex data issues and improve report performance and usability.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

At least 4 years of experience in Power BI development.

Proficiency in DAX for advanced data analysis.

Expertise in data architecture and design, including integration from various data sources.

Pay Details: $70.00 per hour
