We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team in New Berlin, Wisconsin. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a key role in maintaining and updating customer contract pricing data with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities:
• Accurately input customer contract pricing data into internal systems.
• Perform regular updates and reviews of contract pricing documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance and streamline documentation processes.
• Follow detailed instructions for data entry tasks while maintaining high levels of precision.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and present data effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data at all times.
• Generate reports using Microsoft Word and Excel based on project needs.
• Identify and resolve data entry errors or discrepancies promptly.
• Support additional administrative tasks as required.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and reporting.
• Strong typing skills with attention to accuracy and speed.
• Familiarity with email correspondence and organizational file management.
• Ability to perform calculations and analyze data using appropriate tools.
• Experience with scanning and handling digital documentation.
• Excellent customer service skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Knowledge of 10-key data entry techniques for numeric accuracy.
