HIRING FOR MATERIAL HANDLERS IN THE ROGERS AND ELK RIVER AREA! 1ST AND 2ND SHIFT!Job Description

Candidates will work across various departments within the warehouse, requiring flexibility and adaptability. While some roles may involve forklift operations, others may not, ensuring a dynamic work experience.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack items from a pick sheet.

Utilize an RF scanner for inventory management.

Build pallets and break down boxes.

Operate pallet jacks throughout the warehouse.

Drive reach trucks, stand-ups, sit-downs, and tuggers.

Load and unload trucks using lifts or by hand/pallet jacks.Essential Skills

Experience in warehouse production.

Proficiency in picking and packing.

Familiarity with warehouse distribution.

Material handling expertise.

Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Flexibility to work in different departments daily.

Nice-to-have: 1+ year of forklift experience.

Ability to cross-train with production.

Work Environment

The warehouse is fast-paced, yet clean and organized. Shifts include 1st shift from 5am to 3pm, 2nd shift from 3pm to 1am, and weekend shifts from 7am to 7pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk River, Minnesota.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
