Integrity Trade Services is currently hiring for a Quality Control Technician for our client in Lockport, IL.

1st shift-Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm - MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR OVERTIME

Pay is between $18 and $22 an hour.

MUST PASS A QUALITY CONTROL APTITUDE TEST.

A worldwide leader in precision electrical testing, metrology systems, and semiconductor inspection tools, is seeking a Quality Control Technician to help uphold our high standards for product quality. In this role, you will conduct detailed inspections, manage quality processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction.What You’ll Do:Product Inspection & Quality Assurance

Follow the Shipment Inspection Checklist to assess product quality before shipment, including returned products.

Conduct accurate and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality-related issues within deadlines.

Document inspection findings, create detailed reports, and maintain performance records.

Process Improvement & Compliance

Recommend improvements to the production process to maintain high-quality standards.

Monitor, measure, and review internal processes to ensure compliance with quality control policies.

Assist in the preparation of periodic quality meetings to discuss improvements and findings.Cross-Training & Additional Responsibilities

Receive cross-training in Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Control to support operations.

Assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth production flow.

? Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills and good vision for precision inspections.

? Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

? Judgment & Decision-Making: Ability to analyze and solve quality-related issues.

? Communication Skills: Professional written and verbal communication abilities.

? ISO 9001:2015 Knowledge (Preferred but not required).

? Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).

IL Paid Leave for All WorkersAn employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave

401(k) with company match for eligible employees.Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.

The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
