As a Recruiter, you'll be the vital link between job seekers and local businesses. Your responsibilities will include:

Matching qualified candidates with available job opportunities

Reviewing applications and conducting initial screenings

Scheduling and coordinating interviews

Building relationships with clients and candidates

Supporting the office team in meeting performance goals

Qualifications:

Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Familiarity with standard business practices and office procedures

High school diploma or GED (required)
