ERP/CRM Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Houston, Texas. This Contract-to-permanent position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in IT and accounting to oversee system implementations, process automation, and user management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining operations and enhancing system efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of ERP and CRM systems with a focus on Deltek, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

• Develop and manage user permissions and profiles, including creating new users within the system.

• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to optimize payroll systems and banking integrations.

• Utilize tools such as Power Automate and Python to design and implement process automation solutions.

• Analyze and streamline business processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

• Provide technical support for system configurations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

• Act as a liaison between IT and finance departments to ensure alignment in project goals.

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of system enhancements and updates.

• Create detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and system changes.

• Offer training and support to end-users to ensure effective system adoption.• Proven experience with ERP and CRM systems, particularly Deltek.

• Strong background in IT and accounting, with a solid understanding of finance-related processes.

• Proficiency in automation tools such as Power Automate and programming languages like Python.

• Familiarity with payroll systems and banking integrations, including JP Morgan.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in user management, including creating permissions and profiles.
