Job Description
Join the Electrode Department as an Operator, where you will be part of a dynamic day shift team. The schedule rotates on a 2-2-3 pattern, meaning you will work two days on, two days off, and three days on, alternating weekly between 36 and 48 hours. This role requires you to work every other weekend.
Responsibilities
Prepare equipment and materials for production.
Operate equipment in accordance with the OP Manual, inputting materials and monitoring defects and losses for self-inspection of the product.
Check the quality of products and maintain accurate records of production work in the Global Manufacturing Execution System (GMES).
Track all non-conformances and scraps.Essential Skills
At least 9 months tenure at each previous job.
Minimum of 6 months manufacturing experience.
Ability to work with PPE and in the described environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in production, cleanroom, assembly, machine operation, and general production.
Comfortable with a physically demanding role, including pulling/pushing guided weights up to 75 pounds.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is large, requiring significant walking between buildings and throughout the plant. The department operates as a clean room, necessitating specific attire such as garbs and beard nets when applicable. It is a meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and brightly lit facility, emphasizing the 5S3K methodology.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
