Job Description

Experience: 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of digital creative demonstrating B2B marketing and corporate design. Experience in motion and/or video is a plus.

Collaboration & Communication: Highly communicative, responsive, and collaborative—comfortable working with large cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriters, and product teams.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Some experience with motion graphics/video editing (Premiere, After Effects, etc.) is optimal.

Organization & Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, adapt to changing project requirements, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Understanding of Revenue Marketing: An understanding of performance marketing, ad metrics, and how design impacts conversion rates.

Creative & Detail-Oriented: A passion for high-quality design and a keen eye for detail. You're able to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals.

Adaptability: Ability to remain flexible, self-motivated and proactive in an exclusively remote environment, seeking feedback and suggesting creative solutions.

Working knowledge of tools like Figma, Canva, Creatopy or other collaborative design platforms.

Experience working in a remote, B2B environment, using project management tools like Wrike.

Experience in or familiarity with construction, architecture, engineering, technology/SaaS.Company Description
