Bilingual Medical Front Office Admin

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a Bilingual Medical Front Office Admin for our healthcare client located in Downtown Los Angeles. This position will be a full-time, contract position and 100% onsite.

This role will be focused on all administrative aspects for the clinic including, but not limited to, patient check in and out, phone correspondence, scheduling patient appointments, insurance verification, and updating patient demographics. Interested candidates must be bilingual Spanish/English.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum 2 years medical administrative experience

Bilingual English/Spanish

Experience working within EMR Systems and Microsoft Office Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong ability to multitask and prioritize different duties throughout the day

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work well in multiple software systems

Can meet deadlines when needed

Able to create a warm and welcoming environment for others

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
