Key Responsibilities:

Asset Strategy and Planning:

Work with the GLAM program, assisting in the development of project portfolios for upcoming years.

Conduct periodic data integrity reviews and field condition assessments.

Analyze asset health and identify conditions with high risks of failure, impacting business operations.

Develop and implement comprehensive asset strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Database Management and Asset Updates:

Update and maintain databases across multiple platforms, including VFA, Smartsheet, and CPMS (Capital Planning Management System).

Ensure information is updated as capital and facility projects are completed.

Develop and implement a streamlined process to receive project information from multiple client.

Maintain relationships with FMs, System Owners, and other client stakeholders to stay updated on asset changes.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

Conduct financial analysis of assets, including ROI analysis and financial modeling.

Prepare comprehensive reports on asset performance and financial metrics.

Participate in the development of the annual capital plan, including 1-year rolling and 5-year rolling plans.

Project Support:

Support Engineer Service Requests (ESR) in both planning and execution phases.

Assist the Execution Team with GLAM projects, depending on workload.

Collaborate closely with the Capital Planning Project Manager and other team members to ensure project alignment and success.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Facility Management or related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCIM, CFA) preferred.

Over 5 years of experience in the industry, preferably in pharmaceutical/life sciences with GMP or GXP knowledge.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Smartsheet, Microsoft 365, Excel, Maximo, VFA, and Power BI.

Understanding of mechanical, electrical systems and Facilities including HVAC, compressed air, central plant, electrical distribution systems and Architecture finishes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial analysis skills, including cash flow modeling and risk assessment.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with project management best practices and relevant regulatory requirements in manufacturing facilities.
