Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and create evidence-based treatment plans.
• Train and supervise RBTs, ensuring ethical, high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust strategies for continued success.
• Collaborate with families and teams to ensure consistent care across settings.
• Advocate for clients by maintaining compliance with funding and certification standards.
• Lead staff development, training, and innovative solutions for program sustainability.
What You Bring:
• Certification & Education: Active BCBA or BCaBA certification with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in special education, psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years working with individuals with ASD and their families, plus expertise in assessment tools, positive behavior support plans, and social skills training.
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills, plus the ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Credentials: BCBA, LBA, and reliable transportation.
