About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Builder Sales Assistant to join our team in the Consumer Support Services industry. As a Builder Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in achieving their goals by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in this role. Ultimately, your contribution will help us maintain and grow our customer base.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of experience in a customer service or sales support role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency with Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new software platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

Flooring experience helpful but not required

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to multi-task, remaining focused and productive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in achieving their goals by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support

Be the first point of contact for clients and ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to clients

Transfer information from written work orders to a computer database

Schedule projects communicating with customers, suppliers and installers, job costing and invoicing.

Skills:

As a Builder Sales Assistant, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Your strong organizational and multitasking abilities will be essential in managing client interactions and maintaining accurate records. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite will be necessary for creating reports and presentations. Additionally, your ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge will enable you to provide informed recommendations to clients and collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
