Position Description:
Train on customer service and sales solutions and master our outreach methods
Meet directly with customers and provide product recommendations, answer questions, and process sales orders
Build genuine relationships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and retention rates
Keep detailed reports on all customer interactions including order requests, customer complaints, and referrals
Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of all available products and services as well as industry trends to keep an edge against competition
Develop leadership and team development skills by working with Senior Level Managers
Under the direction of the Senior Manager, you will develop skills in:
Customer Service and Relations
Sales
Brand Development
Consulting
Territory Management
Telecommunications and Technology Services
Interviewing
Acting as a Liaison with Clientele
Direct Customer Service/Sales
Our ideal qualifications are:
No Degree Required. Must have a customer service background
Excellent interpersonal, research, and training skills
Strong Student Mentality and willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
Grace under pressure and good judgment in sensitive situations
Mastery of good habits and professionalism
