Job Description
We're seeking an Customer Management Associate - Billing and Collections to join the team! In this role, you'll be responsible for contacting clients to collect outstanding payments, maintaining accurate account records, and resolving billing issues — all while working within a fast-paced, high-energy team environment that rewards performance and promotes growth.
Responsibilities:
Make 100+ outbound calls, emails, and text messages daily to collect overdue payments
Monitor accounts and identify outstanding debts
Investigate and resolve customer billing issues
Update customer contact and account information
Process payments and refunds
Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
Uphold FSS Technologies' core values of integrity, honesty, professionalism, accountability, and results-orientation
Requirements:
1+ year experience in Billing, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, or Account Management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with MS Office; NetSuite experience preferred
Knowledge of AIA billing and lien waivers a plus
Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage stress
