QA & Safety Manager

Job Description

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a skilled QA & SAFETY MANAGER to join an innovative manufacturing company that specializes in fire suppression systems. This is a DIRECT HIRE POSITION with a yearly salary of $85,000-100,000 per year!

QA & SAFETY MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory requirements

Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventative actions

Develop and implement quality control processes

Develop, implement, and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures

Lead safety programs, including emergency response, PPE usage, and hazcom

QA & SAFETY MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

5+ years in a management role in QA, safety management, or a manufacturing environment

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality Management

Experience with audit processes

Knowledge of CNC milling, fabrication, and assembly production processes

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
