Marketing Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and meticulous Marketing Graphic Designer to join our MMP Capital Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual content across both digital and print platforms. From brainstorming initial concepts to executing polished final designs, you will collaborate closely with our Director of Marketing and Branding to ensure every piece reflects and reinforces our brand identity and strategic goals. Your work will play a key role in elevating our messaging and engaging our audience through visually impactful storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials including but not limited to, brochures, posters, whiteboards, social media graphics, web banners, and graphic materials for tradeshows

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop artwork strategy concepts and campaigns

• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and deliver a cohesive visual identity

• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for approval

• Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media

• Incorporate changes recommended by clients or colleagues into final designs

• Review designs for errors before final layouts are presented for approval

• Assist in updating content and design changes to the MMP Capital website

Qualifications

• Degree or Certification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field

• Proven experience (3+ years) in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in marketing campaigns, branding, digital ads, and print collateral

• Strong portfolio displaying proficiency in design principles

• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail

• Good understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design

• Ability to accept and apply direction and constructive critiques to improve work quality and align with project goals

Required Skills

• Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Experienced in Canva

• Proficient in Typography

• Proficient in Layout design

• Proficient in Web Art design

• Knowledgeable in HTML/CSS/PHP

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Exceptional time management
