We are hiring for an Entry Level Representative to join our team in the Anaheim area. We focus on developing cutting-edge customer service and sales campaigns to drive their client's revenue and customer base. Our clients are major players in the telecommunications field, and we are responsible to connecting them to our local community members!
The management, sales and business development team offers an environment where our employee’s ideas are not only heard but implemented. We offer a team-based and structured environment, however, employees are expected to be self-disciplined in managing their own time and work schedule.
This Entry Level Representative Responsibilities:
Introduce client products and services in-person through a fine-tuned sales process where customers can determine what fits their needs
Utilize knowledge of client discounts and benefits to determine qualifications and identify potential consumers for the programs
Adequately explain wireless phone options, internet capabilities, qualified discounts, and bundling options with customers
Assist qualified candidates in the application process by communicating with client representatives and utilizing client-provided devices
Discuss within teams regarding local experience and how we can adjust sales tactics to service our consumers and clients better
Qualified Entry Level Representative Candidates:
Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
Maintain a high level of professionalism & integrity
Experience with public speaking for presenting to groups is a plus
4-year degree preferred, but not required
1+ years of customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or related experience
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
This position requires the candidate to reliably commute to the office daily and be able to start within 2 weeks of being offered the position
