Bollé Brands, home to iconic eyewear brands including SPY+, Bollé, and Serengeti, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role requires a motivated team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities include but not limit to:
Transportation Management
Coordinate shipments between suppliers and freight forwarders and rate shop to ensure goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner.
Investigate and resolve customs clearance issues, providing required documentation to the customs broker to ensure timely release of shipments and compliance with import regulations.
Serve as the key point of contact for freight forwarder and customs broker inquiries, including confirmation of HTS codes, tariffs, anti-dumping duties (ADD), and other compliance-related matters.
Update and communicate delivery date changes and/or shipment delays to stakeholders.
Help Sales and Marketing with shipping anomalies for non-inventory items such as display cases, marketing items, and/or special event requirements.
Assist the Sr. Logistics Coordinator with special project tasks, including but not limited to, HTS Code review and updates, process documentation, data analysis, and coordination with compliance teams to ensure regulatory accuracy.
Contribute to team success by executing delegated tasks as needed and cross-training with the Sr. Logistics Coordinator and Key Account User to ensure seamless workload coverage during scheduled PTO.
3PL Warehouse Management
Receive transfer orders in NetSuite for all locals in which EDI is not configured, including Ecom, Drop-Ship, Caribou Lobby, and Public Storage Locations.
Investigate logistics-related deductions and provide analysis to identify root causes, recover costs where applicable, and implement corrective actions to reduce future occurrences.
Monitor transfer orders to ensure orders are closed in a timely manner, this may involve reaching out to stakeholders to investigate issues and updating the orders to reflect changes.
Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies at our 3PLs, ensuring accurate inventory records and timely communication with warehouse teams and vendors to prevent future issues.
Qualifications:
Solid skills in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, basic formulas) and familiarity with data analysis/reporting.
Comfortable using or learning TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
Strong attention to detail with the ability to investigate discrepancies and provide actionable insights.
Capable of identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to liaise professionally with freight forwarders, customs brokers, vendors, and internal teams.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to cross-train and cover team responsibilities as needed.
Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
0-2 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations, preferably in a multi-location or 3PL environment.
Familiarity with HTS codes and tariff classifications a plus.
NetSuite experience a plus.

Full-time
