The Operations Processor Clerk II is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
Provide excellent customer service by interacting with internal and external customers in a professional, courteous, and ethical manner.
Process and generate check payments accurately and efficiently.
Complete credit card payments and assist with related customer phone calls.
Handle incoming calls and queue calls as necessary to support the department.
Process stop payments and issue rechecks as needed.
Comply with established policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Meet individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity and phone metrics.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
1 to 2 years of related customer service experience.
Experience in handling transactional phone calls is desired.
Previous exposure to dealership operations or the vehicle service contract industry is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build trusting relationships.
Effective time management and organizational skills to meet workload demands and KPIs.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay Rate Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
