Position: Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (Spanish) – House Cleaning Company

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Overview:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play an essential role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming client calls and outgoing calls. You will also act as an interpreter to support our Spanish-speaking clients, cleaners, and support staff, making your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish critical to this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work daily with cleaning technicians in the field and interpret their questions and provide feedback to them to close the job.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist in administrative projects, including updating client information in our database.
- Interact with clients to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve billing concerns.
- Follow up with customers regarding payments and service satisfaction, making outgoing calls as needed.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service quality.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required - READ AND WRITE
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment, preferably in a service-based industry.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
- Ability to be personable, dependable, and responsible in all interactions.
