Parts Manager – Medium & Heavy Truck / Diesel Industry
We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager with a strong background in the medium and heavy-duty truck industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing a parts department with 15 or more employees, along with solid experience in budgeting and P&L management.
Key qualifications:
Experience leading a parts team of 15+ employees
Strong knowledge of parts operations and inventory management
Proven ability to analyze and improve departmental performance
Experience with budget oversight and profit & loss managementCompensation:
Base salary $100,000 – $110,000+
Lucrative incentive/commission program
