Regional Operations Trainer

The Operations Trainer serves as the primary contact for all training and on-site, new-hire orientation within their assigned region.
Responsibilities::
Collaborate with management to identify company training needs
Schedule and conduct individual & team training sessions as directed by Regional Manager
Plan and implement an effective training curriculum centered around new employees
Critically examining the trainees’ understanding and progress and making necessary adjustments to the program to ensure all employees are provided sufficient training resources to be successful in their role
Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate record of trainee progress and achievements
Conduct employee surveys and interviews to collect and analyze data related to training needs Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology as needed
Monthly meetings with Area Managers for continued progress on area and improvements needed
Weekly check ins with Training Manager for updates and training needs
Conducting and creating Virtual trainings when in person is unavailable and working with area supervisors to get all training completed
Creating and updating online trainings as needed
Continued training projects provided by the Training Manager
Collection Center Audit monitoring and assisting
Travel will be expected 75% of the time
