Job Description:

As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of a crew of 5 to 10 electricians on a commercial project. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Overseeing and participating in the installation of electrical systems.

Running conduit (various types and sizes).

Pulling and routing electrical wire and cable.

Terminating electrical panels, devices, and equipment.

Ensuring work is performed in accordance with NEC and local codes.

Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Communicating effectively with project managers and other trades.

Managing crew schedules and assigning tasks.

Troubleshooting electrical issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

Must possess an active Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations (TDLR) Electrical License.

Minimum of 6 years of experience as a working foreman, directly supervising crews of 5 to 10 people.

Proven ability to run conduit, pull wire, and terminate panels efficiently and safely.

Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Must be reliable and punctual.

Ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish is a plus.
