Skills we're looking for:

We’re focused on practical skills over formal credentials. Here’s what we value most:

Strong Python experience

Experience with AI models for code understanding, code summarization, and code reviews

Comfortable working with AI frameworks.

Backend engineering skills

Familiarity with cloud services

Nice to have (but not required):

Frontend engineering experience (Tailwind, React)

DevOps experience
