Key Accountabilities
Territory Sales Management - Develop and implement a territory sales plan to achieve assigned sales and profit targets. This includes cultivating the market, identifying key opportunities, setting clear goals, and monitoring performance on a regular basis.
Team Leadership & People Development - Provide direction, coaching, and support to internal and external partners. Ensure continuous development and motivation to drive high performance and alignment with company expectations.
Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers in the Food & Beverage industry. Ensure customer satisfaction and proactively identify business growth opportunities.
Strategic Execution - Execute business activities in line with company policies, procedures, and commercial strategies. Contribute to the adaptation and implementation of global initiatives at the local level.
Resource Optimization - Effectively utilize all available tools, support functions, marketing materials, and technical expertise to drive sales performance and deliver value to customers.
Reporting & Forecasting - Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, market trends, competitor movements, and forecasts. Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategic adjustments.
Market Development - Actively cultivate the Vietnam market by identifying emerging customer needs, initiating contact with prospective clients, and introducing innovative solutions that align with our product portfolio.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
Education Qualification:
Tertiary education in Engineering, Business, Food Science or in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in relevant applications (either filtration or food and beverage industry) with proven track record of success.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a technical sales role or appreciation of technical products in a commercial environment selling into the process industries.
Technical Competence & Skills:
Strong sales and technical aptitude.
Strong communication skills and strong attention to detail & logic.
Motivated, aggressive, competitive, high energy, independent sales professional.
Able to establish rapport and influence.
Strong “building-relation” and negotiation skills.

This role is based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
