WHAT YOU WILL DO:

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Client Platform Specialist to join a high-impact team responsible for the configuration, deployment, and ongoing support of client hardware and devices—including laptops, mobile devices, tablets, and immersive technologies (AR/VR/MR).

This role supports a fast-paced, tech-driven environment where innovation, responsiveness, and attention to detail are essential. Ideal candidates will bring a mix of hands-on technical expertise, strong scripting capabilities, and a passion for end-user support. A keen interest in gaming and hardware performance is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and fulfill daily operational requests through internal ticketing systems

Support and improve automation efforts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting

Administer and maintain client system management tools (imaging, provisioning, updates)

Support mobile device platforms (iOS, Android) via MDM and tools such as ADB or Apple Configurator 2

Identify and implement automation and workflow process improvements

Provide onsite and remote technical support for users and events

Manage Windows, Android, iOS, and iPadOS image builds and maintenance

Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting and operational procedures

Provide on-site event support, including occasional international travel and off-hours support

Participate in an on-call rotation for offsite and after-hours event support as needed

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience supporting MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Android in a professional setting

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or a related field

Prior experience in a fast-paced or startup environment is a strong advantage

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly

1+ years of experience with enterprise client management tools (GPOs, FOG, MDT, Chef, etc.)

Experience with MDM platforms for mobile device provisioning and control

Hands-on experience with Android Debug Bridge (ADB) and mobile flashing/sideloading

Basic networking knowledge (e.g., DHCP, TCP/IP, FTP, PXE boot)

Familiarity with Windows 10/11 client configuration, registry editing, and deployment tools

Basic Linux knowledge is a plus

Must possess a valid passport and willingness to travel internationally as needed

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

Experience assembling and troubleshooting custom PC builds, especially high-performance or gaming PCs

Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging PC components and peripherals

Pay Range

$65,000—$70,000 USD
