About Role

Seeking an experienced web developer to join a growing team of creatives and problem-solvers. This role involves both the strategic and technical aspects of website projects, including UX planning, wireframing, and Figma prototyping, as well as building and maintaining high-performance websites, solving complex web issues, and collaborating with offshore and nearshore development teams.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who enjoys tackling challenges and is comfortable working with a variety of codebases, CMS platforms, and web solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to collaborate with both clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development & Implementation

Build and maintain responsive, high-performance websites, landing pages, and web applications.

Develop custom WordPress themes and templates, leveraging Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP for WordPress customization, and React.js for dynamic front-end development.

Optimize web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.

Collaboration with Design & Strategy Teams

Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate Figma designs into functional web experiences.

Ensure brand consistency and pixel-perfect execution across digital assets.

Streamline the design-to-development handoff process for efficiency and scalability.

Provide input on design feasibility and suggest enhancements for better user experience.

Cross-Functional Integration

Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and CMS platforms (WordPress, Contentful, etc.).

Work with marketing teams to implement tracking pixels, analytics scripts, and conversion optimization strategies.

Ensure email templates and digital ads function correctly across devices and platforms.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistency.

Debug and resolve front-end issues, ensuring smooth functionality.

Implement and maintain version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).

Innovation & Future Tech Exploration

Stay updated on front-end trends, technologies, and best practices.

Research and recommend alternative CMS and front-end technologies for future digital property development.

Proactively suggest and implement improvements for performance, security, and user experience.

Experiment with emerging tools and frameworks, including React.js, to enhance development efficiency.

Client-Facing & Stakeholder Communication

Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and provide digital recommendations.

Ensure deliverables align with client expectations, brand strategy, and marketing goals.
