Planning Executive in Indonesia - Your future position?

Being one of Planning Executive team in Givaudan, a company leader in the fragrance and flavour industry, you are a 'front liner' within a production process cycle. You will be part of the Supply Chain team in Givaudan Indonesia, based in Depok and reporting directly to the Logistic and Planning Manager. As a Planning Executive, you will Execute day-to-day planning activities to ensure sufficient raw material, trading item, and production scheduling for in-house production as well as customer order at the right Inventory Level, Quality, Time and Cost.

In this exciting role you also will:

Managing planning area and its requirement properly

Managing Planning KPI’s in order to meet the Planning Objectives

Responsible to communicate planning information to both internal and external stakeholder

Responsible to seek planning optimization and improvement to support planning activities

Your professional profile includes:

Bachelor degree in related discipline (Industrial Engineer, Economic, Accounting, etc)

Having 1-4 years’ experience in planning or related, fresh graduate welcome to apply

Having basic knowledge in planning process and system

Familiar with basic supply chain management and process knowledge

Having good analytical and communication skill

Computer literate

Good English
