Join a thriving and supportive healthcare team in Northern Iowa as a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Sleep Medicine. You'll work closely with a board-certified Sleep Physician and a team of five ENT specialists, all dedicated to delivering high-quality care across a growing patient population. Position Responsibilities:

Evaluate and manage patients with sleep-related conditions such as obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, narcolepsy, and restless legs syndrome

Order and interpret polysomnography and home sleep studies

Educate patients on sleep hygiene, PAP therapy, and long-term treatment adherence

Prescribe appropriate therapies and manage follow-up care

Coordinate with ENT, primary care, and behavioral health providers as needed

Document all care in a timely, thorough manner using EMR systems

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

Current national certification and eligibility for Iowa state licensure

Interest or experience in Sleep Medicine strongly preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $122,000 $140,000

Commencement Bonus provided
